1. Touch small logs or branches with the Looftlighter (or put a small piece of newspaper between the logs).
2. Draw back the Looftlighter when flames appear.
3. Continue pointing the Looftlighter in the same direction.

CREATING A DRAUGHT:

To create a better draught in the chimney before lighting a fire, open the flue and point the Looftlighter upwards inside the fireplace. Push the button for about 30 seconds. Then go through steps 1 – 3.
